College Scholarships
The Harry E. Bovay, Jr. Foundation offers specific educational opportunities for high school students in Alabama, Kansas, and Mississippi described below:
Alabama: High school students in Lamar County Alabama may take advantage of The Dual Enrollment Program at their school which provides college level credits offered by Bevill State Community College. The Tuition Guarantee Program pays for tuition, fees, and books for high school graduates from Lamar County who attend Bevill State Community College.
Kansas: High school students who attend Santa Fe Trail High School in Carbondale, Kansas and Northern Heights High School in Allen, Kansas are eligible to receive a total of $2,000 for tuition and fees at qualifying colleges, to be paid out in installments of $1,000 each year for the first two years.
Mississippi: Students who attend Houlka High School in New Houlka, Mississippi may take advantage of The Dual Enrollment Program offered by Itawamba Community College and receive college level credits.
